By signing below, I acknowledge this invoice as being correct, in pricing, items listed, and total cost. I agree to AQL’s terms and conditions of sale. If I cancel order after signing I could be charged a restock fee up to10% of this order.I understand that even though my order is shipping 3 DAY via UPS, it will not LEAVE (Ship) until after my card has been charged and after the product is ready to ship. I also understand that I am responsible to provide the USPS correct billing and shipping address and any variation there of will result in an additional charge to my credit card. I agree to be present to sign for delivery, otherwise I will be liable for additional shipping, handling, loss of packages / damages to items and other charges that will apply.
