By signing below, I acknowledge this invoice as being correct, in pricing, items listed, and total cost. I agree to AQL’s terms and conditions of sale. If I cancel order after signing I could be charged a restock fee up to10% of this order.I understand that even though my order is shipping 2nd DAY AIR via UPS, it will not LEAVE (Ship) until after my card has been charged and after the product is ready to ship. I also understand that I am responsible to provide the USPS correct billing and shipping address and any variation there of will result in an additional charge to my credit card. I agree to be present to sign for delivery, otherwise I will be liable for additional shipping, handling, loss of packages / damages to items and other charges that will apply. I also understand that although AQL’s Sales Desk is partially open on Fridays, AQL does NOT ship or process orders on Fridays or Weekends.
