Felt like salesperson cared about my project
I ordered 2 timers and 20, 12 volt 20 watt bulbs (non LED). Being a "simple" homeowner I had a lot of rather elementary questions. He answered all of them and moved into the "educator" mode. I felt like he actually cared about my project!
