Being an LED large brass spotlight, this fixture comes with the all the benefits of utilizing the latest in highly efficient LED technology. LED uses a fraction of the power of traditional halogen/incandescent bulbs. The 6w 12V LED PAR36 bulb included with this fixture will put out the same amount of light that as a 35w incandescent bulb. LED produces less heat than halogen bulbs so your already durable brass fixture will last even longer. The LED bulbs themselves last ~40,000 hours so you won't have to replace them for years. LED also provides a more smooth and even light spread with no hot spots.

AQL is using some of the newest, most efficient and reliable LED's available today for it's PAR36 with over 40,000 hours of life span rating vs less than 2,000 for halogen and a 3,100K color temperature.

We designed our brass spotlight kits to function on 12V. 12V systems require a low voltage transformer.
