Our latest version of the PTX60 features built-in photocell for automatic operation, hour timer and power breaker for protection against electrical surges. Rated for outdoor usage, the low voltage transformer is made from extremely heavy duty ABS plastic that is capable of surviving in most any conditiions. Complete with 5 and a half foot power cord, all the wiring that is required is hooking it up to your 12V landscape lights. With a 60w maximum, this outdoor transformer is perfect for LED lighting kits.

    Can't go wrong...BEST miniture tranformer/timer

    I purchased this along with two spot lights for my 25' flagpole. Although I only installed one light, this transformer is by far the best I've seen (and I do research first). Small, neat, easy to use, etc. I'm hard wiring mine to a box, but the attached cord is easy too, if you have an outdoor recepticle. I would use a covered outdoor box if you use the plug. I'm using the dusk/dawn feature for the flag. That's all it's intended to do and so far, I have NO complaints.

    Got an early morning shot of the flag lit up with the LED light I purchased. So far so good. Looks great and I've only used one of the lights. Saving the other and may install opposite side of flag. Looks great at night and we're in a dark area so it really shows up. Neighbors like it too. PTX60
